Skill Changes

Changes to Skills

The Iss Enchanter's 5 skills have been changed and added to as follows.

  • Crippling Attack: Increased de-buff duration (5 sec -> 10 sec)
  • Shadow Blade: Increased de-buff duration (5 sec -> 10 sec)
  • Mass Crippling Attack: Increased de-buff duration (5 sec -> 10 sec)
  • Mass Shadow Blade: Decreased re-use time (15 sec -> 10 sec). Increased de-buff duration (5 sec -> 10 sec)
  • Angel's Resurrection: Increased skill effect (20% -> 40%). Additional acquired skills at levels 90 and 95
For Othell Rogues and Yul Archers, on their "Grand Light Armor Mastery" skill, an effect that increases speed and physical skill critical rate according to the character's DEX value has been added. When Othell Rogues and Yul Archers equip light armor, speed and physical skill critical rate may increase or decrease according to the character's DEX value.

Othell Rogue changes:
  • Shadow Hide: Deleted movement speed decrease
  • Final Ultimate Evasion: Increased Skill Evasion and added M. Def and M. Evasion
  • Angel of Death: Increased Skill Evasion
  • Reverse: Decreased skill cooldown, deleted Instant Kill effect
  • Shadow Chase: Decreased skill cooldown
  • Grand Light Armor Mastery: Increased P. Evasion
  • Heart Breaker: Added P. Evasion
  • The soulshot bonus that is applied on the Othell Rogue's Blow skills has been changed. When the Othell Rogue uses a soulshot, higher damage is applied than before
Aeore Healer changes:
  • Fairy of Life: Decreased recovery skill cooldown
  • The Aeore Healer's servitor "Unison of Light" has been changed as follows: The attack method has been changed from the current melee physical attack to long-range physical attack. The PvE battle abilities have been strengthened to allow easier hunting.
  • The skills that are acquired upon awakening as an Aeore Healer have been changed as follows.
  • The level 3 class skill "Light Armor Mastery" which was temporarily provided prior to acquiring the awakening skill will no longer be provided.
  • The level 3 class skill "Light Armor Mastery" that was acquired by characters who awakened as an Aeore Healer has been deleted.
The effects of the following skills have been changed:
  • Feoh Wizard
    • Ultimate Body To Mind: Re-use time decreases to 15 seconds.
  • Sigel Knight
    • Shield Charge: The rate for applying debuffs increases.
    • Shield Impact: It changes to a skill targeting a single object. Its debuff duration time increases to 5 seconds.
    • Shield Wave: The rate of skill effect changes from the front to the character's surrounding.
    • Gust Blade: The range of skill effect changes from the front to the character's surrounding.
    • Chain Galaxy: Debuff duration time increases to 5 seconds.
Miscellaneous
  • When a servitor uses its skill, the remaining time until re-use is now displayed.
  • The servitor's skill can now be registered as a macro and used.
  • For the skill "Party Solidarity", the M. Atk. increase value out of the stage 3 effects has been increased.
  • The weight of P. Atk. when calculating the damage for all physical skills has been increased. The higher the character's P. Atk. the higher the skill damage that is applied than before.
  • The success rate of the skill "Just Punishment" has been raised. The skill's effect does not apply on raid boss monsters.
  • Now you can only use Blazing Skin and Freezing Skin on party members and yourself.
  • It has been changed so that the Sense of Royalty, which is activated when a summoner is injured, is to be activated when a summoner has much greater injury.
  • It has been changed so that the attribute number of an item worn by Summoner affects the "Reaper Power" skill.
  • You can no longer change between main or sub classes while in a 1:1 duel or party duel.

Skill Enchanting Changes

When a skill's enchanting options are changed, the enchanting level no longer decreases.

New enchanting options have been added to the skills that are acquired after awakening.

  • Chance Poison Poison success rate increase
  • Chance Hold Hold success rate increase
  • Chance Fear Fear success rate increase
  • Chance Sleep Sleep success rate increase
  • Chance Exile Dismiss success rate increase
  • Break Shock Resistance to stun decrease
  • Break Knock Down Resistance to knock down decrease
  • Break Paralyze Resistance to paralysis decrease
  • Break Bleed Resistance to bleed decrease
  • Break Poison Resistance to poison decrease
  • Break Hold Resistance to hold decrease
  • Break Fear Resistance to fear decrease
  • Break Sleep Resistance to sleep decrease
  • Distance Effect range increase
It has been changed so that a skill cannot be enchanted while its skill reuse time is remained.

The quantity of rewards (Lesser Giant's Essence, SP) acquired for enchanting stage 3 class skills upon awakening has been changed to be 30% of the previous quantity.

Bug Fixes

  • The problem of the damage reflection and vampiric rage not being applied has been corrected for the following skills.
    • Hurricane Storm
    • Eruption
  • The problem of the "Dance of Shadows" skill not being enchanted correctly has been corrected.
  • The problem of Maestros not being able to learn "Create Item Lv 10" through skill learning has been corrected.
  • The problem of SP not being consumed normally when a chaotic character enchants a skill has been corrected.
  • The problem of being able to use "Summon Soulshots" but the skill appearing as not being usable on UI has been corrected.
  • The problem of the enchanted "Rebirth" skill effect not being applied to the caster upon use has been corrected.
  • The problem of HP being consumed incorrectly when using the enchanted "Rebirth" skill has been corrected.
  • The amount of rewards (Lesser Giant's Essence, SP) acquired for enchanting stage 3 class skills upon awakening will be changed by the Feb. 1 (Wed) update to be 30% of the existing amount.
  • When a horn/saha buff is applied on a character, the problem of the pet being repeatedly cast on the pet has been corrected.
  • The problem of a transformed servitor not following its summoner has been corrected.
  • In order to resolve the problem of the each class's chain skills being used repeatedly by being registered as macros, the chain skill information for each class that is registered in the user's macros has been deleted.
  • We fixed the issue in which the character couldn’t move immediately after using the Light of Equilibrium skill.
  • We fixed the issue in which you could use the Angelic Resurrection skill in a situation that made resurrection impossible.
  • We fixed the issue in which the character posture looked abnormal or the character could not be targeted when resurrected after being killed while in a Shadow Fake Death state.
  • We fixed the issue in which the Soul was not consumed but the skill description said otherwise in using the Soul Harmony skill.
  • We fixed the incorrect skill description in which the 3-level skill Party Resurrection was said to affect ‘dead alliance members’.
  • We changed the item created during the Summon Soulshot skill to the Beast Soulshot and Blessed Beast Spiritshot, exclusively used by the Wynn Summoner class.
  • We changed the issue in which the effect of increased skill level in Clan Advent clan skill was not immediately transferred to the servitor.
  • We fixed the issue in which the characters would be resurrect lying face down after dying while ‘Shadow Fake Death’ was in effect.
  • We fixed the issue in which the effect for Hydro Blast was delayed.
  • We fixed the issue in which debuffs skills would sometimes be applied when using Invincible skills.
  • We fixed the issue in which the effect of the Mass Bullseye skill would be centered around the caster.
  • We fixed the issue in which the Hide effect would not be undone when attacking after using the Dragon Bomber’s Assimilation skill.
  • We fixed the issue in which the SP would not be consumed properly when a Chaotic character is enchanting a skill.
  • The problem of its enchanting effect not being applied when enchanting the "Summon Lumi" skill to a power type has been fixed.
  • The problem of its enchanting effect being abnormally reflected when enchanting the "Servitor Balance Life" skill to a cost type has been fixed.
  • The problem of the debuff skill "Charm" being deleted upon character's death has been fixed.
  • The problem of the information for increased duration time not being displayed in the skill description when enchanting some skills of Wynn Summoner class to a time type has been fixed.
  • The problem of not being able to enchant skills where the re-use time has ended after skill use has been corrected.
  • The problem of being able to use the "reset" skill in a peace zone has been corrected.
  • The problem of debuff applied to master being transferred to servitor has been fixed.
  • The problem of reuse time occasionally being displayed in a servitor skill icon, which is not used, has been fixed.
