In another astonishing development in the Megaupload saga, a judge in New Zealand’s High Court has declared the order used to seize Kim Dotcom’s assets as “null and void”. The blunder, which occurred because the police applied for the wrong type of court order, means that the Megaupload founder could have his property returned. Just when it seemed that the handling of the Megaupload case couldn’t get any more controversial, a development from New Zealand has taken things to the next level. Following the raids on Kim Dotcom’s mansion in January, police seized millions of dollars worth of property belonging to the Megaupload founder. But thanks to a police blunder, he could now see all of those assets returned. Acum o luna de zile Megaupload a fost inchis si o mana de oameni, care au contribuit la functionarea, acestuia au fost arestati. Astazi Kim Dotcom, fondatorul afacerii, a fost eliberat pe cautiune de un tribunal din Noua Zeelanda. Totusi, acesta are cateva interdictii. Kim Dotcom a spus ca nu vrea decat sa-si vada familia si copii. Acesta n-are voie sa foloseasca internetul sau se indeparteze prea mult de resedinta unde a fost lasat sa locuiasca. Pentru ca FBI inchide site-uri de file sharing si se pregatesc legi dure de cenzura a internetului grupul Anonymous s-a hotarat sa riposteze. Asa ca a atacat si dat jos site-urile FBI, RIAA , MPAA si Universal Music Group . Si grupul spune ca asta nu e finalul, ca mai urmeaza. Mai jos un filmulet adresat organelor de justitie din America. Megaupload, unul dintre cele mai mari site-uri de file sharing, a fost inchis de catre FBI. Probabil vor mai urma si altele, acesta fiind doar inceputul. Urmatorul pe lista ar fi RapidShare.
