Bitdefender, compania românească specializată în soluţii antivirus, a reuşit să anticipeze şi să blocheze un atac informatic lansat de un grup de hackeri din China asupra computerelor unor oficiali din cadrul armatei americane. Practic, hackerii au încercat să obţine informaţii despre situaţia militară din Iran prin intermediul unor e-mail-uri de tip spam care, odată accesate de către destinatari permiteau accesul pe computerele acestora, ne-au explicat reprezentanţii companiei.
