Catalin told yesterday, on dex forum, some things about current evolution of Freya project, about l2 java from Arion server. Here are his exact words: "we only took partial code from l2 java . as you can see : 1. we rewrote the java core system  1.1 u can login with your acc on both l2j and l2off srv .  2. mobs stats /drop are retail 100 %  3 . managed to make ~80 % from gracia to work as retail .  4. recoded geoengine (need few tweak at pathnode) 5. remade the ai mobs implementation (incomming)  6. managed to move the database with all your chars, skill etc (except those u can remade :shortcuts, macro and clan sigs) etc etc  (something that l2j never accomplished in 5 years) good part is that now we can progress .  trust me , it was not an easy decission for us to start something new after so long time . " He also said on Wrath's forum that he will add the Arion files there also, "after holidays" .

Catalin announced today on lineage.ro  and on arion forum that Arion server goes Live Freya! "ARION SERVER IS NOW LIVE WITH FREYA CHRONICLE !" Updater here

Catalin announced today that he will open Freya Test Server tomorrow! The bad part is that only 200 members will be able to log... maybe only for now... we will see! Reply from Arion players: " fortress work, soi works," See Catalin's posts here! The rates for the TS will be " 1000x now .. drop/spoil  60x" You can get Freya client from  here: Freya @ GamersHell.com Freya @ FilePlanet.com And system for Dex Freya TS from here!

Catalin announced today that he is testing the Freya server with the Arion data base right now, and after he finish testing, and everything works fine, " then all srv will go freya same time . with fortress , citadel of steel etc" For now he dont give us any ETA, he only tells us: " so dont cry if we promise you that will be done "soon" and will take 1 month . our RL always win" He also gives us some prints from Freya TS:

Catalin announced today that adena limit will remain 2.1 KKK until Freya comes online, because is too hard for them to make it on actual files. "increase adena limit is the hardest thing to be done to an extender for l2server . so until freya we will remain with 2.1 kkk"

Catalin announced yesterday that he want to make Freya Test Server in a special way, so we can log with our current users, and play with our chars on the Test Server, the chars that we play normally on the actual servers. "Open Beta will not start yet . we will open beta with acc/chars from dex database so you can test directly (at least this is the idea). "

Catalin announced today on wrath's forum that soon is going to be an update for Gracia Final: " soon we will release a gf update" . He also speaks about 99% Fortress, and Citadel, Hellbound stages being fully written: "fortress system was done 99% since 1 year ago .. but to make the 4h siege support that is 1% is not so easy to be done . we almost fihished the tests for fortresses on test srv . there is no reason to add something that dont work well . same as for citadel map .. we have all hb wroten . all stages . problem is that server can load the new map for citadel of steel (for that we need to expand the array of geodata ) etc etc . ofc everybody wants all things fixed . but keep in mind that for us is a hobby . should be the same for you too . if i dont post news about TS is not ok . if i tell you will be a nice update ..again is not OK before you doubt abous us .. keep in mind that we are online since 2005 . some years good (c1,c4) , some years ...

Catalin announced yesterday that they are working to add the new 2nd class quest, Gracia Final fast method, where you speak with Daegar, at the Blacksmith in Giran, than speak with few other NPCs, and in the final you need to pay 3kk adena. At the end of the quest, you select the class you want to change, and get the 3 Marks you need to change to your desired 2nd class. See here shortcut to 2nd class @ l2cault.ign.com See Catalin's declaration about shortcut to 2nd class.

Catalin finally updated Dex to Gracia Final. To log on Dex, use Gracia Final or Gracia Epilogue client, and Dex Patch

Because Catalin suggested to play on GF with GE clients, many ppl asked me where to download Gracia Epilogue from. I searched a little and i found those sources: FilePlanet.com FileFront.com FileList.ro

Tomorrow, friday in the afternoon, Catalin moves Dex and Arion to Wrath's Gracia Final. "the upgrade to GF will be done friday afternoon . after that u will have to use the Gracia updater from download section" So download GF, or GE, since Catalin said that Epilogue client runs better. Here are some links that i found for you: Download Gracia Epilogue

"DEX/Arion will go Gracia Final this week . Please download gracia final or gracia epilogue client . " This is Catalin's today  announcement . He also says that next week we will be able to log on the Freya test server, with high rates for faster tests.
