This is the statement posted by Catalin today on wrath's forum:
l2dex.eu = new srv that will be launched soon (new project), new network.
wrath/dex/arion will go freya soon too (few months proly) (we already started the development based on freya pts files + our coders support to add the functions needed; this will be much easier than adding blind in gf as we did before + we have the knowledge to do it ; extend l2npc , rewrite cached commands etc ); most of known l2off coders work on this .
